We can sell directly to customers when necessary, but we always ensure no conflict with our channel partners. If selling direct is the optimal approach, our leads have the flexibility to move in either direction.

Channel is engaged in both media and traditional VARs.

We work directly with VAST and only represent VAST solutions at the enterprise level.

Here are the steps to take when VAST brings us in on an opportunity:

• VAST brings us an OPP with a new end user.
• Once we identify an OPP, a reseller may be engaged.
• If there is no reseller involvement, then Scale Service transacts with the end user on behalf of VAST.
