How will EMC react to Scale Logic taking over support?

They never have, and we have never had pushback.

What about VAR sales teams not wanting to sell extended warranty packages?

VAR sales teams may only receive compensation intermittently in such cases. However, in most instances, EMC prefers a competitor to support the equipment rather than having them replace it entirely.

WHY is this Important? We are the VAST Trojan Horse in all cases.

What legal documents should/can the sales team provide the customer?

T&Cs and MSAs are provided per transaction.

What is a typical discount scenario with the Scale Services quote v. EMC?
